Recognition
Every diaper must include this verbiage in the sale listing:
This diaper was created by a licensed La-Di-Da Diapers seamstress. Each licensee assumes responsibility for their own quality and craftsmanship. For more
information about the La-Di-Da Diapers cloth diaper pattern, please visit
www.ladidadiapers.com.
If you are selling locally (or not from a web site), please include this card with each sale:
The artwork will be provided to you for production. You may have these printed or you may digitally copy and paste onto a sale receipt, care instructions or whatever information you provide to your customers.
Labels
Size labels are required on every diaper. Name labels are recommended but not required. La-Di-Da labels will be available at cost. However, you are not required to use a La-Di-Da label. You are welcome to use your own label if the label is of good quality, i.e., woven and professionally made.

Business Aids
I will provide you with the following to aid you in your diaper sales:
- Licensing logo to be displayed on your web site or in your profile signature:

- Artwork for business cards to be provided to you for production. Artwork will be provided with no text so you can personalize in your photo editing software. If using this artwork, you must include the “Licensed Diaper Artist” title. You may also use “Licensed Seamstress” if you prefer. Please do not distribute this card to sell diapers made from patterns other than the La-Di-Da Diapers cloth diaper pattern.

- Artwork for letter size tri-fold pamphlet with diaper use and laundry care info to provide to your customers with their diaper purchases.
Revocation of License
I reserve the right to revoke any license for the following reasons:
- If you are found to be defrauding customers
- If I receive multiple quality complaints
- If I receive multiple customer service complaints
- If you are not following the Licensing Terms and Conditions
If licensing is revoked for any of the above reasons, the licensing fee will not be
refunded. I have no intention or desire to revoke any license. I will always give the licensee the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to rectify any situation that may come up.
Current Laws
The Licensee is responsible for abiding by any current or future laws pertaining to existing patents, labeling, etc. Under current patent laws, it is prohibited to sell diapers that have a waterproof outer and a stay-dry inner with a leading edge pocket opening. If you intend to sell pocket diapers, you must use a sham or welt style opening, or simply cut a slit in the stay-dry inner.
